I'm an experienced dentist, is MentorDMD good for me?

How does Mentor DMD work?
Once you become a member, you can submit your patient’s records online and our Mentors, comprised of clinical faculty, specialists, and lab technicians, will provide you with treatment options for your patient. Choose a treatment plan and print it out for your patient; with your fees and office logo. It’s that simple.
What patient data do I need to submit a case?
Please submit photos of your patient with the following areas: smile, pout, maxillary and mandibular arches, anterior and lateral views in occlusion. Please include the patient’s most recent full series of radiographs. In the “Additional Information” box, you can including any other information you might think would be pertinent to your patient’s treatment. You can submit your case data using either your desktop or mobile phone. Images can be sent from your computer or captured from your camera. Please remember to not submit any PHI (Protected Health Information). We’d like your patient’s private information to stay private.
Is Mentor DMD HIPAA compliant?
Yes! Since we don’t take any protected health information (PHI), the patient remains anonymous. You can feel safe with Mentor DMD.
How long does it take for a treatment plan?
We guarantee to have your patient’s treatment plans back in seven days or less.
How do I check if a treatment plan is ready?
Once you submit a case it will be moved to the “Your Submitted Cases” portion of your dashboard. When a case has been planned by our Mentors it will be moved to “Your Planned Cases” and will be assigned a single mentor for you to ask any questions you may have regarding your patients treatment. You will also receive a notification to the email you provided at sign up.
What happens to the records I send to Mentor DMD?
Your patient's photos and the generic identifiers (initial, birth year and case number) are stored on our server and available to you and to our mentors as they move through the process of submission and treatment planning. We archive them after 60 days.
